Credits

Credits are delivered right after payment and are used for messages beyond the free allowance and for exclusive photos and videos. Credits you have spent cannot be refunded, because the content or service was delivered.

When we refund

• A payment that went through but did not add the credits — we add them or refund you.
• A duplicate or mistaken payment — we refund the extra payment.
• Purchased credits you have not used, if you ask within 14 days of the purchase.
• Any other case where consumer law in your country gives you the right to a refund.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] from the email of your account, with the date and amount of the payment. We answer within 3 business days; refunds go back to the original payment method or wallet. Payments in cryptocurrency are refunded in the same currency to the wallet you name.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank — we can usually solve it faster. Accounts with a chargeback may be suspended while it is open.
